About the Recipe
This is one of my go-to weekly recipes! Try serving this soft, chewy bread with any meat or vegetable dish or use it as a wrap. It works really great for build-your-own dinners. Just serve it with a protein, some veggies and of course a yummy sauce. Always a sauce!!

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup Greek yogur
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
Preparation
1. Add yeast and sugar to warm water and let sit for 5 minutes to allow mixture to bloom.
2. Add Yogurt and mix together.
3. Mix in 1 cup flour and salt with a fork.
4. Mix remaining cup of flour in by hand and form a ball.
5. Let rise/rest for at least 10 minutes and up to 30 minutes.
6. Divide dough into 6 equal balls and roll out to desired thickness. Cook in a skillet on high heat until bubbles appear (1-2 minutes). Flip and finish cooking another 1-2 minutes
